Bird Language @ Remick Museum & Farm @ 545AM - 1030AM
During this program, Hillary and Kyle will share information from the book What the Robin Knows: How Birds Reveal the Secrets of the Natural World by Jon Young, lead the group through two “bird sits” in during which participants will observe and interpret bird language, and then spend time as a group mapping what was observed to draw larger conclusions about what’s happening in the landscape.

Creative Arts Consultant for Prescott Farm, Larry Frates, hosts Painting with Paper Pulp, a creative journey with upcycled paper. Participants will explore unique techniques to transform recycled pulp into vibrant works of art.

Young at Art Classes @ Lakes Region Art Association Gallery @ 10AM - 12PM
Art classes for serious students 8-18 led by Thomas Hitchcock. 6 two hour sessions will included drawing, painting and reviews of some famous artists.

Plant Your Container Garden Workshop @ Moulton Farm @ 10AM - 12PM
Have fun getting your hands dirty while planting your container garden or window box to take home with you! During the workshop, get expert advice from Sue about choosing plants, arranging and caring for the container you are working on, and be inspired by your fellow planters.

Participants will make and decorate 4 rolled beeswax candles (2 taper candles and 2 tree candles) to take home. Beekeeper Samantha Stevens will lead you through the candle-making process, as well as share information about bees along the way.
