Saturday Hike @ Bridle Path, Faraway Connector & the Settlement Trail @ 830AM - 1130AM
Led by an experienced volunteer hiker, this week’s hike is the Bridle Path, Faraway Connector and the Settlement Trail. This is a moderate level hike that is about 3.2 miles and has an elevation climb of approximately 505′. This is a free program, though registration is required.
Tractor Tour: Life in the Fields @ Prescott Farm @ 9AM - 11AM
Climb up and relax on our tractor-pulled wagon ride, as you embark on a guided, natural history tour of our meadows. Watch for hawks and songbirds soaring overhead. Learn how animals such as deer, bears, songbirds, and turkeys depend on our open fields for food and shelter.

Cheesemaking at Home @ Prescott Farm @ 10AM - 1PM
This hands-on workshop will cover the basics of how to make simple, delicious cheese in your own kitchen. We will cover equipment, supplies, and basic techniques used to make most types of cheese. Each participant will take part in making a batch of fresh mozzarella, ricotta, and paneer which will be made from start to finish in the class. Participants will take home instructions and a set of ingredients (minus the milk) to make a batch or two at home.

The Soggy Poboys @ The Farmstand @ 7PM
The Po Boys formed in 2012 to shake the walls of a local club on a Fat Tuesday but have honed their sound and become more than a Mardi Gras centerpiece. Exploring the vast musical traditions of New Orleans and expanding their repertoire to look beyond NOLA jazz, the band includes traditional Caribbean tunes (it’s been said that New Orleans is the northernmost city in the Caribbean), as well as Meters funk, soul, and brass band / street beat music.

Kimball Castle was built in the late 1890s by Benjamin Ames Kimball, who was president of the Boston, Montreal and Concord railways and had also served as president of several Concord banks. He designed the two-story granite edifice after castles he'd seen on Germany's Rhine River.
